*Very friendly and cordial approach.
*All the employees have got full reimbursement of the salary that was cut during 2 months of intense COVID period. The decision to cut a percentage of the salary was done after informing all the employees beforehand. It was done as a precautionary measure taking into account the slump in the client regions (Europe and America). As the deducted amount was repaid in full none of us felt the pain (it was actually a blessing in disguise to get lump sum amount in later months).
*Very flexible working hours as per the individual needs without sacrificing client requirements.

The main con is lack of vision and contradictions to the vision they try to portray.
Weak business development, its non existent and there is someone who sits idle and claiming the manager title.
The persons who have to lead have no capable vision to showcase rather than the contradictory openness, transparency and self organisation (which was a failure) stuffs. Even after proving going self organised was a failure they are still boasting about it.
Weak delivery in projects, there are capable staffs, but not sure why they cant deliver anything properly, that points to poor project management.
The moment you are out of contract you are no longer useful to the company, thats because of this problem of vision while hiring.
No wonder people say there is no job security. But we can still see useless people staying just because they are so close the top person.

During corona outbreak, giving only 40 percent of salary as some clients took a break from the project. Promises that there wont be any layoffs and we will face this issue together.
The question is can the company be trusted ? The work load and pressure has been doubled when the salary decreased to 40% . May be they want some of the employees to resign themselves so that there is no need for giving 2 months full salary if a layoff is implemented. Its hard to seek another job during Corona impact ---- Company knows this well and are they trying to get max benefit out of this ?

I thought there were a lot of pros from the build up which I heard from outside eventhough i heard they laid off some employees last year. there are some. Like

No backup funds or they are lying to the employees, some months back when i heard company is pretty sound in financials now they say they dont have any backup funds and started the paycut in the name of corona in march 75pc paid and in april hearing there will be only 40pc. The main thing is there is no formal communicaation via mail, just verbal communication in meetings so no proof for this. the top guys are asked to justify this to their indivudual circles. top management and operations placed an arrogant guy we cannot work with such a guy. Some people are only getting the benefit getting undeserved positions and perks. HR team is a puppet.
