Some paid sick leave, laughable vacation time that basically required you to work full time for a year before accruing half a day's work of hours every month. No planning - walked into markets with products that could not be sold to interested consumers. For real - they didn't have partners for the geography we were in. Would get dozens of customers selling themselves that couldn't even buy it from us. Sometimes, even a legal concern selling products like electric bikes.
