Childcare should be just that....child care not I don't care about you meaning staff or the children because if this were true it would be a better company all the way around. Very very sad and all throughout the Urban communities.

Not Worth It.

They honestly do not care about either the children or the staff. Management is a JOKE!!!! The pay for all they expect you to do is literally a dollar or two past minimum wage, and you will never receive a raise unless you have some type of education (literally received a.50 raise after my first year of college). The only reason I have stayed this long is because of the children for which I have the utmost love and respect for.

|
Managers in centers are bullies and lie to cover themselves while corporate doesn’t correct or investigate the actions of the managers or directors. This company targets a certain population and make sure centers are placed in areas where staff feels unsafe and does not provide any type security or alam systems. Classes are constantly out of ratio, a/c broken and to have it all simplified this is a horrible place who had the CEO say at a training that we need to look at the children like dollars signs but they refuse to pay their staff better and provide good benefits or even supplies needed. They are not in childcare for the children just the money they are able to pocket.

Low pay for more work

This company does not value their employees. They pay low wages and expect you to conduct 2-5 jobs to save money for their company. They do shady things behind your back and never keep you in the loop of changes that directly effect you. This company is a joke and going downhill daily.

Children were the best thing about the job
|
This place is not a fit place for anyones child. Children wet themselves and parents aren't half called to bring clothes or come get them, this is the same for I'll children and behavior issues. Children go into preschool knowing shapes, how to count, alphabet and after about a month they forget because they aren't being taught properly. Some teachers are given all or most of the difficult children while others have the easier ones. Teachers cry about not wanting to deal with certain children. Teachers are never never really where they belong they come in high. Children are left in toddler 3 because they aren't fully potty trained because the next teacher doesn't want them because they don't want to have to change them. While there are other preschool teachers that are forced to change preschoolers. They often tell managment what they will and will not do. They are also rude to parents that come in. Children were coming in with clear signs of abuse and when it was taken to the director nothing was done.
