Leadership are about climbing the corporate ladder with typically no knowledge of the areas they are put in charge of - reliance on staff to have all the knowledge and leadership takes the recognition. Staff are extremely overworked and not compensated adequately for the level or amount of work they end up having to take on. Bullying and harassment are commonplace and leadership merely does lip service to saying they don't tolerate abusive behaviour - they are the abusers in the majority of the cases. Union is useless when approached for support.
