Good work life balance, with flexible hours etc. Job generally finishes at 5pm, with overtime being virtually non existent. Most people in the UK offices are nice and easy to work with. Culture of acceptance means rubbish work (and rubbish workers) doesn't get challenged enough. Change happens at a glacial rate - death by committee is very real and a general aversion to risk means that very little gets done in a timely fashion. Actual salary is below market rate.
