Compensation wasn't great, however, if you're looking to make "great" money this isn't the place for you. The management team cares about the employee and offers excellent trade-offs for what I would consider less meaningful work (working registers). Ownership does a great job of making sure the employees have the tools they need to succeed on the job. Management is flexible and willing to work with scheduling. Bonuses are given in an atypical type of way. For example, working long hours on Holidays can result in the company buying dinner for the employees working that day. You will learn a lot about alcohol and the differences between the. Most managers are great and are as much there to do the job as enjoy their time working.
