There are no pros of working in this company. If you unfortunately join this company, you will very soon realise that you are back in the pre Independence era. The experience you will get here will make you to stay prepared for sudden backlash, shunning, insults, financial crunches and so much more that you would never want to work as an employee anymore in any company ever.

The company has been in business since long and hasn’t grown a bit in years. The owner of the company operates from Australia. They have also started a branch in Australia and gets all the work done from a really very small team in India only as they do not have any team in Australia but they tell clients a different story.
That’s what this company is all about. Always a fake picture shown to aspiring new joiners who are soon forced to leave if they don’t do what the owner or his Uncle (so called COO) ask for.
Employees will be thrown out of the unprofessional company if not a yes man or if you put your opinion. Even FnF will be put on hold for the longest time and the HR will give you lame reasons for the delay or holding it back.
The top management (bigger than total number of employees) here knows nothing about SEO, SMO, Content, PPC, Designing. The company is still relying on old school tools which are outdated and give nothing firm to clients. They bag clients due to the name they have.
The employees are not allowed use their brains.
Many employees or say all the employees till date cribbed their day of joining. The company has no empathy as they ask you to leave suddenly and then you have no job or money in hand. They have done this to numerous and are still doing this.
Fake promises to employees, unprofessionalism, slavery, captivity, worst work atmosphere, poor management, mental trauma, lousy tools, unproductive reports to clients, self obsession of the management, so much more in this extremely small setup to swallow.
One can find a better place to use skills, keep views and grow than to join this company which has eaten up careers even during the pandemic. People were thrown out even after performing exceptionally well after saying that the company is in loss or you are not professional. The real reason why people are being thrown out is that they cannot stand any professional who believes in working hard and keeping views.
New employees at 3X salaries are already being hired so how the company is in loss. They will again go in loss when these new employees will not do what the owner will command. The cycle never ends and careers continue to suffer.
There are hundreds of companies out there who do fantastic work but this company falls short big time. They have been losing clients like anything and already has a bad reputation in the industry for messing up projects. They wish to keep people pretty much brainless whose only work is to suck up to the foolish owner to save their jobs. They aren’t employable anywhere else and take this company as a last career stand. One would find the senior managers always in a state of fear of losing their jobs and would do anything to just be there. The HR is running a big scam by recruiting good folks by telling beautiful lies (seems like the art of storytelling comes in handy for the HR and not for their clients).
MOST IMPORTANT: ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF JUST TO IMPROVE THE RATING. SO, DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET.

Brand name in USA & other parts of the world. The business in India though functions as a separate entity hence the unprofessionalism by MD & his uncle.

The MD is the real issue because of which the company has not been able to grow. He enjoys playing games , he likes to pit employees against one another, he enjoys drama and creating conflicts for no reason in the office. Even though the MD stays in Australia he manages to micromanage & ruin peoples days. He is not in SEO business, he is in the business of lying & tricking. The MD uncle is good for nothing, useless fellow who sleeps in meetings, shouts at employees like they are small children. Not to mention he has a bad temper. The HR manipulates employees & tries to paint a positive culture of the company but this is far from true. No employee is able to work here for more than a couple of months due to unethical work practices by the Management & when you try to stand up for yourself they will ensure that you are mentally harassed & as a result you are forced to quit. No incentives or bonus for loyal and hard workers.

1. Management is extremely knowledgeable & hands-on with all client work. Unlike many agencies where once the client is onboard, the account is handed over to a junior team & management has no idea; here at BCI management is very hands-on hence assuring top quality work delivered to the clients.
2. The best industry knowledge SEO (white-hat SEO) that really works. Even after leaving the organisation, I still use a lot of knowledge that I gained while I was there.
3. Breaks etc are has never been a problem as far as the client work is done & employees responsibly compensate.
4. Good package & salaries always on time.

1) The company overcharges clients and does the same work at 2-3 times the rates
2) Makes employees slog but pays no bonus because business is always underperforming
3) Ex-CEO ran away to Australia because India operations failed
4) India office is now run by ex-CEO's uncle who retired from Steel Authority of India and knows zero about SEO or internet marketing. He comes for 3-4 hours and leaves without adding value
5) If you want to join a good digital marketing company, there are lots of 10x more successful companies like iProspect, PageTraffic, Techmagnate, etc.

The company management is the worst you will ever see in the corporate world. This Terrible Company Bruce Clay India is running a mere family business. They have no knowledge of seo. Only butt lickers are left there now.
The insecure Boss here is into nano-management. The company is drastically worst at work management, No growth for anyone here. The firm has no growth, no leave policy, no employee policy. No skillset is required to join this company, just be a yes man.
Boss’ Uncle here spends all the leisure time, he has no work to do, always enjoys with PPC and HR. No proper team is there only a 3-people company. Shop like treatment to the employees. No appraisal at end of year. Dreams shown by uncle at the beginning of the year. Waste of career.
Join this company if you want no respect or growth. The company has the most annoying work environment, sad music, no team bonding activities, no hierarchy, sad walls, no work profile, random work assignments, nano management.
The company has nothing good to offer and has no vision to grow professionally and is killing the careers of numerous employees. The management treats employees like laborers. Salaries are not justified and it is paid out on favoritism.
You will not be appreciated for whatever you do and the MD who ran away to Australia will fire you in just two months of joining if you are not a yes man.
Happy workplace is a myth here.
At the time of appraisal, the company is always in loss. Whole year they make you work like donkeys and pay you peanuts and never increase pay when you perform exceptionally well.
If you fall ill it is your bad luck as the unskilled MD’s Uncle says: salary will be cut, no sick leaves, you are young you cannot fall ill.
Keep working for 8-9 hours and then also you will have to justify your work on stupid tools.
The company believes in drawing a false portrait to everyone as they think everyone is a fool. All the good reviews on Glassdoor are written by this so called family run 3 people company. Same way they show fake pictures to employees and clients of success but only they make money.
Avoid even if they offer you big retainer bonus as they will fire you or make you resign just before they have to pay you bonuses and increments.

No promotions. Noone stays for more than two months. Employees run away. Only Yes sir employees stay and given dreams.

MD is very much talented and is very well respected within his domain. He knows A-Z of digital marketing. Well known speaker for SEO and also have some very good brands as clients.

Extremely heavy pricing and very bad services. Very bad hiring of employees. Most of them are back stabbers, disloyal, political, show offs. The environment mostly here is negative. No one gels with MD views and keep leaving the organisation. The environment is too much depressing.
