It was an OK place to work. Nice facilities to work at but some work request for repairs was sometimes very slow to get done. Pay structure was strange.

Poor upper Management and lack of proper process to deal with supervisor issues. No support for local offices. Regardless of numbers and effort it's never enough. They pretend to be customer service oriented but they do not care about their customers. Sad. Seen a lot of turn over in all states. Missouri taking a hard hit and nothing being done. Office staff is of no value to this company. Front line people are disposable. Complaints were disregarded and dismissed. Lack of training.

You live on site so you are always at work, You do not ever get true time off. Management is great to help you out when you contact them.

They have good health and dental insurance. They give annual raises, which not many companies do this. There is a good amount of gossiping and people in your business. One needs to be strong willed to work in this type of company. The had a great CEO but retired and in his place, is not so good of a replacement. Too much into once self.
