I think the thing that is most significant to note about BuildingLink is it's humane environment. This place really understands what it means to take care of their employees. Outside of the massive amount of benefits offered (401k, dental, medical, commuter benefits, travel perks and discounts, education reimbursement/coverage, Christmas gifts, employee parties, birthday and work anniversary recognition, free lunch Thursdays, endless coffee and snacks, a considerable amount of days off, I mean the list really does go on!) they encourage an environment where everyone has the right to express themselves in a way that's not the affected and traditionally mute, bland and half-baked version of a human so many corporate companies lacking emotionally literacy encourage.

Not a con at all just a comment.
BuildingLink is challenging and they are aggressive about innovation. This job is not for people looking to coast, and I've seen a couple of people come and go because of their dismissive disposition and lazy work ethic.

Good benefits, 401K matching, right next to 14th st Union Square train station, lots of snacks in the kitchen, you get your birthday off, and once a week company lunch.
