This place really understands what it means to take care of their employees. Outside of the massive amount of benefits offered (401k, dental, medical, commuter benefits, travel perks and discounts, education reimbursement/coverage, Christmas gifts, employee parties, birthday and work anniversary recognition, free lunch Thursdays, endless coffee and snacks, a considerable amount of days off, I mean the list really does go on!) they encourage an environment where everyone has the right to express themselves in a way that's not the affected and traditionally mute, bland and half-baked version of a human so many corporate companies lacking emotionally literacy encourage. Not a con at all just a comment. BuildingLink is challenging and they are aggressive about innovation. Everyone here is a delight to work with. Very fast pace. You will learn a lot and there is room for growth in the company depending on what you want to do. Everyone is held accountable for their work. Growing company. Good benefits, 401K matching, right next to 14th st Union Square train station, lots of snacks in the kitchen, you get your birthday off, and once a week company lunch.
