Bulova is a great brand but the people running it hire employees and vendors based on personal connections and not merits. New management has let go of employees that have dedicated their whole careers to the brand and replaced them with unqualified people. Bulova has become another diluted, fashion brand.

I wouldn't recommend this company

Their benefits package was pretty good. Nice area of manhattan to work in. Easy access to all subways and restaurants.
|
No room for growth. Management isn't great at all. The department I was in, the manager did not help us out at all.

Management has to end the toxic culture and environment within the company. There is too much gossip among employees and departments that foster a culture of negativity. There is no room to grow and management does not do what they said they will do.

great office space - people are smart and talented. Most current employees have been taken from other successful watch companies. good balance of experience amongst the staff.

Management is in over their head. Constant changes and inconsistencies result in frustrated staff. Lots of people out for themselves but no surprise because employees are trying to protect themselves. Turnover is high.
