This company is failing and has almost no sense of direction. Very poor management as shown by the owner Adrian, extremely weak marketing, outdated software/crm and almost no job training and extremely high revolving door atmosphere. RUN dont walk away from this company!

No marketing

There is no marketing or very limited compared to any other companies in this industry. Most of the marketing is call hang ups. They have been in business for 15 year but still have no idea what works marketing wise. They need someone to take over day to day operations since the owner is very inept. The owner seems like he is bipolar and depending on what day it is he could be happy or make life miserable Thcompensation is lower than most in the industry

Great while it lasted.
|
Management is unable to consistently make payroll which resulted in laying off nearly all of the staff. No notice or warning was given prior to layoff. Just called everyone into the conference room one suddenly and told us today was everyone's last day. Would not recommend.
