Don’t apply unless you’re desperate

Worked at a store when it was first built. Things were fine for about a year and a half, but they can’t keep their employees working. Many will call off for no reason or never show up. Unreliable. They’ll show up late but NEVER get punished for it. I used to love working here, now I can’t wait to get out. Half the time customers are so rude you just want to snap. Don’t expect any advancement, they rather give it to some new randos they hire than people who know what they’re doing. Did I mention the pay is awful and you will barely get a raise even if your performance is outstanding? Or the fact they have to understaff you so you’ll be working with only one other person with a million customers in the store?
Unless you’re a masochist, don’t work here.

Love the work but….

No raises, The customer were great and
Some managers. People were Not trained properly
Love the work but if you’re a good worker or a bad one you get paid the same. Was an overnighter that got a shift differential was asked to be a assistant food manager but I had to take a pay cut because overnighters make more than the assistant.

I personally believe most stores shout have a system I’m place for workers how have issues with gn or even dms but have no higher up to complain to also most stores need to get management under control and do some looking into the store

Terrible management
|
Management expects a select few to work hard while letting the rest slack off. You are expected to do the job of 5 people while you watch your coworkers play on their phones and ignore costumers with no repercussions. Management will also degrade you for not doing a well enough job for things you were never trained on.

I liked it it was a good place to work while i was in high school but if your not able to have patience and multi task it might not be the best place for you you have to be able to deal with customers and maintain your composure because sometimes customers can be needy
