The production manger was a very fair manger, he would try to treat you fairly even if the owner told him to do something that was unfair to the employee. | All I can say, is I feel that the owner was very hard on his employees. From my perspective it seemed that you couldn't do enough for him. If you went above and beyond the call of duty, you never got a thank you.
