That is about it. If the management likes you, they treat you differently than everyone else, but they still don't know what they are doing. This place is in a nosedive and anyone who has worked there agrees they wouldn't be surprised if they closed soon. They have no idea what they are doing with their products, their website, and certainly not their staff. They demand the world and the management's requests make no sense. No direction is given, and the only feedback given is negative. Management is childish and always working "against" instead of "along with", so you are basically set up to fail. Oh and check out the customer reviews, you may be in for some chuckles. This place is just a completely a toxic environment and not somewhere you should ever consider making your career, especially since there is no avenue for growth. The pay wasn't all that great either. You work tirelessly and then have to practically beg them to pay you your bonus (that's if they don't find an excuse as to why you don't deserve it). Employees are constantly backstabbing one another and not necessarily people that you can collaborate with so you are essentially on your own. It's just a big black hole of negativity. So I'll leave this as "n/a". Where do I start? Whether it's consistent management changes -- whether leaving for greener pastures due to toxic environment, or the almost record setting turnovers with employees who are not in management. The company's culture is nonexistent and the management is complacent in not doing anything for the hard working employees. Some of which stay long hours and are lucky to receive acknowledgement from the higher ups. Unnecessary emails to set some sort of line in the sand from the new management team to show their "dominance", only shows employees how much free time they have as opposed to actually doing like their occupation implies and -- I don't know, manage perhaps? If you do consider a job here, just keep in mind of what it is -- a job.
