In 2015 - 2016, there was a major overhaul of Senior / Upper Management. The New Management are out of touch with reality; they believe that hollering and demeaning employees will result in a happy and productive workforce.
If you [job seeker] are there for an interview, you will see looks of helplessness, fear, frustration, anger, desperation [to leave], etc, evident on the faces of most employees both new and old. Employee morale is at an all time LOW, and the company is plummeting...
PDTS department is most toxic due to mistreatment, discrimination, unprofessionalism, etc. Stay away, and heed this warning.
