My experience with my coworkers was one of mutual respect and a desire to help each other out. The work could be good on some days and worse on others, but quality of the employees at Cadre never changed. Management often appears to be directionless. Communication is poor and decisions trickle down outside of official channels and aren't addressed until days or weeks later. A number of projects I worked on were axed midway through which was demoralizing.
