Nice colleagues and had some good time.
|
Lost 95% of the staff over the last 12 months, no one left to pick up the phone to support customers. It's a real shame as I feeel the company really had potential. Now it's closing down.

The salary is fair and some people who are left are great at their jobs.

No ownership of decisions from management. Unclear company direction and frequent spontaneous changes to roadmap. Frequent layoffs and loss of talent. Ideas that don't come from the "in-crowd" are ignored. Women's roles in the company largely consist of organizing parties, bringing people beer at after work events, and ordering cabs. CEO flaunts expensive hobbies and vacations while employees are worried about their future in the company.

Good Company, great products, mismatched management team.

Excellent products, great marketing, in the field teams care about the customer.

Lack of Sales Execution, CEO makes poor decisions. Brings in people who have no idea about the industry because they are personal friends and then undermines anyone who disagrees with him. No transparency to what is really going on at the management level. We were often kept in the dark being told everything was great. Two of the best leaders in the company resigned including one of the founders.

Small teams with good communication. The majority of the company works remote around the world. Friendly and upbeat type of atmosphere.

They laid off their entire US staff among others amounting to 75% of the company's staff. It is my belief that they will soon be insolvent and declare bankruptcy.
