Excellent work environment and support for self-motivated individuals. If you are the type however who requires a prescriptive, hands on management style this would not be the place for you. Much of the team is virtual, with offices primarily for product, support and IT. All of the managers/leaders I encountered supported healthy work life balances; work hard, do your part to support your team and nobody was 'punching a clock'. The environment and culture was supportive (no toxicity here) and teams challenged each other while supporting each other - was a refreshing company environment.
