It appears that politics permeates various aspects of our workplace. In particular, HR's role seems limited to documentation and end-of-year formalities, rather than actively addressing employee concerns or fostering a positive work culture. Furthermore, it's concerning that certain parts of the organization are led by individuals with dictatorial tendencies. This approach risks stifling the talent and potential of many employees, ultimately hindering our collective success. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 247860 Open Dear Calabrio Leaders, GM!!! I wanted to share some candid feedback regarding our company culture. While we often hear about the importance of an "open door policy," there seems to be a distinction between having glass doors and fostering a genuine open door culture. In the long term, prioritizing employee well-being over immediate customer demands is crucial for sustained success or at least strike a balance. While being the top payer in the market is not necessarily expected, what truly matters is having a culture that values and listens to its people. I must commend Joel for being a fantastic individual, but unfortunately, not everyone in the company has the opportunity to work closely with him. There are layers within the organization that hinder direct or even indirect access to leadership, including Joel, and even HR. Creating more avenues for open communication and access to leadership would greatly benefit our company culture and overall employee satisfaction. Thank you for considering this feedback. I believe that by working together, we can continue to improve and cultivate a more inclusive and transparent workplace environment. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Open Apr 20th, 2024 11:40PM Apr 20th, 2024 11:40PM Calabrio

Thoma Bravo Private equity owns the company, and in my opinion is want to sell the company soon. Comp plan is constantly being altered so difficult to obtain goals as they are moving targets. No training nor documentation on new integrations to CCaaS offerings. Very hard to sell here. Management are all fearful of losing their job. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 3.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 247860 Open Quit laying off all of the good people. private:calabrio https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=247860 Nov 6th, 2023 12:00AM Open Open Calabrio Used to love it The people there were so great to work with. Everyone was trying to work as a team Hah, so many. New executive leadership straight up lies to you is probably the biggest. Anyone still there is either looking for a new job or isn't someone you want to work with/for. Something like 7 layoffs in a year and a half. Those are the lucky ones though because at least they got (pitiful) severance. Not to mention, there are areas of the code base that literally nobody knows how they work. We couldn't deploy new features because there were no teams that knew how to deploy it. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 2.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 5.0 247860 Open Don't fire everyone that knows how your software works (too late).
