The most racist, vile and unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. F-bombs all day, Immature staff and management. Eurourban. where psuedo ivy leaguers emulate urban culture and listen to rap music. Worst sales culture ever. I personally had no problem selling the product.

the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a shark tank type sales environment, selling crappy leads using unorthodox tactics that I consider disrespectful, while being hounded by a control freak managers who don't trust you, don't teach, and basically talk to you like a pack of wolves. It's seriously like a frat. I've never seen so much ego overflowing in a single office.

Great sales process but the leads we talk to make it almost impossible to stay at this job

Only reason i took this job was based on the fact i needed to work. Everything is ok but there's no HR. So when that happens people curse at clients, since you deal with folks that don't have an education. But the manager of sales in Oak is great but the way leads are sold is just not on par...

Calfinder basically sells a mixture of real and fake leads to construction companies that are already fiscally hurt.

friday's they buy beer if there is enough sales for the week. There is a kickball team that they put together. You can be your self at the office, there is no HR departments so cuss words and unprofessional language is just fine.
|
I wouldn't suggest working at CalFinder. You work your ass off and the pay is sub par at best. You fear your job no matter how good your performance is. The Client base are irrational and angry, which is understandable considering they are being told they have to suck it up and pay for leads that are clearly fake.
