Team: Calico has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years, some good, some not so good, but is in a really solid place now, future looking bright. You can feel it w/ the improved team dynamics.

- Sometimes being so dispersed is a challenge, but processes and information sharing across the company has made it easier.
- Job performance..not always knowing where you stand. Same as above, it's on Calico's radar to improve

100% turnover of management in the past year. Failed delivery of product may have something to do with that. Company direction has shifted repeatedly. VC is now in charge of daily activities which muddys the water further. No career opportunities and no advancement here. Search for City of Naperville to find out what its really like.
