The management and coworkers are great and my only down fall was the lack of pay. The manager started being a tirant and making a hostile work environment. This company offers compensation for holidays, provides training and certifications, and even sends their staff to conferences when the opportunity arises. As an Assistant Manager, there was mandatory overtime which was a lot to ask and did not create the MOST fair balance of work and life, but schedules were flexible to allow for time off when needed. There were many great employees to work with and we all had shred interests due to the connection of the western culture. I would happily work here again if I ever move back west! Customers were generally kind and understanding about our short handedness. I learned a lot from this position and have grown from the experience. The manager I started with was willing to work with me and my busy schedule. A typical day at work is very interesting. It was always fun to work there and good people always are willing to help. I has learned about my computer skills and customer service. The hardest part of the job was the rush hours, it went smoothly but also can be stressful. Most enjoyable part of that job was seeing my coworkers and all the everyday customers.
