Unlike the large, corporate giants, Cambridge can create hybrid roles for people who are motivated, work hard and demonstrate the value they can bring to the clients, the team and the Company. During my first year, I took on many roles and "morphed" my position into one that encompassed my passion and made my every day satisfying. They invest in training their employees. The pay isn't great until you move up. The culture was not for me, but is great for some people.
