Management needs to focus on THEIR role and not put it off on the employees & work harder to make it a better company. They Need to be more Honest & Reliable! They were always under staffed so they over work you, the pay isn’t great , a lot of gossip liars & people who just come in for a check & don’t love the work they do! I seen 7 people quit in 6 weeks. Some worked their for more then a year and some people a few months. It’s not what you except with a company like that. Dare to do the right thing you won’t get noticed or awarded for your hard work ! There is no structure and most of the time you have to “figure it out” on your own. There is supposed to be emotional support for the employees & there is none ! If they can’t burn you out with over working you & stepping all over you they don’t want you as an employee.

The people working there are really great and the supervisors actually care. Everyone really wants to do the best for their clients
|
You're working with children and families who need a lot of help, so there is a lot of work. It's rewarding so that's not a problem, and supervisors encourage people to take care of themselves mentally, but since it's a nonprofit the pay is a bit sad.
