Return phone calls, send invoices, process payments, send receipts, answer calls and direct accordingly, prepare for upcoming conferences, exhibitor badges, create training manuals for hired temps, update database, manage all client accounts. Multi-tasking and staying organized were vital in my daily work. I learned how to prioritize and follow through until completion. The business relied on the market conditions so I learned how the markets worked. They were always updating and changing technology so I became adaptable and never stopped learning. I built friendly but professional relationships and treated the clients with up-most respect. There wasn't any management for my role. My job was self directed as long as I met the deadlines. My co-workers were amazing, we worked very well together. We were and still are very close. The most difficult part of my job was having to follow up on overdue accounts.
