I would recommend paying the seasoned CSMs more so that they stop leaving. Customer service has been CampusLogic's forte for years and I fear the service will soon go downhill with the recent acquisition.

The industry (higher ed financial aid) is pretty antiquated and convoluted, and folks who don't come from that world can feel frustrated by the pace and like an "outsider."
