More eyes on the prize of dollars than on helping schools change the lives of students. WOW! What a whirlwind! CampusLogic sure does present a fabulous first impression! Snacks, company lunches, plenty of PTO, and other generous benefits. BUT when you break it down to their mission: We help schools change lives, things start to fall apart CampusLogic is more than happy to scrape and claw their way over employees to make their way to the top. Make no mistake; the latest moonshot money goal is the ultimate prize, and nothing will stop any of the C-suite leadership team from achieving that. Helping students? Maybe. But they're gonna get that money. If you're going into CampusLogic, do it with eyes wide open; their people are expendable, and their money is elemental. Diversity? Nope. You won't find it here. You'll find a Mormon white boys' club full of men who are angered easily when their creative ideas are challenged. And you won't be able to broaden any horizons. If you're able to pack your creativity into a small box, deliver basic and non-challenging outcomes, and you're ready to have all your ideas squashed, this is the place for you. Otherwise, move on!
