-Manage team in a ease manner.
-Easy access of sorted out any type of issues/queries as an employee.
-Gained a lot from them as a beginner in that 3 months.

-Every new joinees have trouble to work at night shifts.
-Less pay for that Newly joined or Experienced Employees.
-High Pressure work environment and No one gave tough learn/training properly to new joinees.
-All will be more docs, Hard copies to maintain and took follow-ups daily and more pending to be solved and target count in each day
