It is one of the few INGOs out there that is trying to do it right. Complained to HR about manager behavior and they just went through the motions, but didn't actually seem to care about my wellbeing. My manager continued to make my life a living hell, undermining my performance and making me feel like I was doing a bad job. Neither HR nor Senior Management seemed to care one bit.
