Good depending on where you are in your career

Good training ground for fresh graduates. Provides a good overview of the tech industry
People are nice overall.

If you’re young - you will likely spend two or three years max in the company - then move on. It’s not a big company with outstanding benefits and career growth prospects. You do events, mobility, and channels. No other lateral movement. There’s really no career mentoring as you will quickly realize the ceiling after year one.
The other offices (namely Reading) have long-time employees simply because they’re conveniently located near the office i.e unlike the Singapore office where it doesn’t matter where you’re located.

Good place for fresh grads; limit for growth

- colleagues are friendly and genuine people, there were some office politics but very minimal. Environment was fun enough. Most people have their hearts in right place.
- great for self-starters and fresh grads/people looking to grow at the start of career. You get tasked with a lot of responsibility from the start and are exposed to very senior executives in Fortune 500 companies around the world. You get out of this job what you put in and ask for.

- Senior & middle management largely inexperienced and in some cases incompetent. Worrying trends about promotion and gaps in expertise.
- lacks strategic direction and foresight. Leaders out of touch with rest of industry.
- pace of overall growth is slow. You hit a ceiling fast if you’re ambitious.

The primary concern that I hear is that salaries are too low. My recommendation is know your value and stand by it, if you have the knowledge and experience you will get what you ask for, but if you low-ball yourself then you get what you get.
My recruiter told me that the company likes to hire recent college graduates that are cheaper, and that they say they give their best offer up front so they don't have to negotiate, which I thought was ridiculous.
Bonuses are hard to achieve completely
Non-sales roles have a sales aspect to them
Sometimes hard to know what your position is and goals for yourself. You definitely have to be a self-starter person to get the most out of the company.
Work from home one day a week, but only after one year of employment (before that it is at your manager's discretion)
Major learning curve for someone new to the channels industry. Sink or swim.
Remote co-workers means taking early/late calls, however, not on a daily basis
Little-to-no opportunity to visit other offices
Company is slow to grow

- Access to high level executives at different companies
- Quick hands-on experience
- International travel

- The "in-at-the-deep-end" approach can often lead you feeling ill-prepared, poorly trained and left on your own. This really isn't a company for those short of self confidence.
- Very flat management structure except one! Get the feeling while input is always asked for, it is only headed when it aligns with pre-formed plans.
