Management listens.
- Fully remote work with bi-annual offsites to get together with everyone on a one-on-one.

The engineering org has improved a ton over the last few years. Great hires have been made for our open roles, and great effort in getting a full remote team together.
However, it would be great to have a more coherent longterm strategy. We'll get great news of making third party deals, which then requires engineering work to do. Then find out after release that someone dropped the ball and now we have to do a whole re write of that same project.
