Great hires have been made for our open roles, and great effort in getting a full remote team together. However, it would be great to have a more coherent longterm strategy. We'll get great news of making third party deals, which then requires engineering work to do. We are seeing yoy growth since the company pivoted to B2B. 1. The idea of "test and pivot" can seem as though we are reactive and not proactive. However, since it's been two years as a B2B company, we have gotten better at anticipating needs and being proactive. 2.
