Initially you will get to learn few new things.
Time flexibility.

-While joining they say that there is an open door policy which is not true at all.
-The decisions are taken by the manager instead of the Company CEOs.
-Extremely biased management.
-No senior HR in the company, No right given to the HR to speak up for wrong things, As they want a puppet and not the HR.
-Dirty politics inside the teams.
-The team leads are very very cheap people with zero etiquette, Professionalism doesn't exist in this company.
-Poor appraisals and low salary.
-No growth opportunity as favoritism exist so much in this company.
-There are many more cons like this.
