This is much overdue but I worked on a contract through Canon for 9 months in 2017, they negotiated the highest pay rate for me, communication was always clear and handled with amazing turn around time. Josh was great with checking on me and keeping me updated of any possible changes. It was initially a 3 month contract . I left only to pursue permanent employment as the company wasn’t hiring at the time. Never had any administrative issues with Canon as I have with other agencies messing up or delaying my pay. I even made top of the department in quality scores and thought not an official employee canon made sure the company recognized it and even issued me a certificate from canon himself. Amazing company! Wish they were more active on the east coast if I went contract again

Slow in adapting to new trends, Canon puts a lot of time, effort, and money into adapting to ideas or trends. They just don't jump into something without first considering all aspects or outcomes.

Canon is an excellent proving ground for a recruiter. There is no ceiling on how much money you can make with the generous commision structure. management provides all the the tools needed succeed and are more than willing to share their combined centuries of experience in the field.

in order to justify current commission structure the base salary is kept low. this could be seen as a con for a recruiter not willing to hustle.

There were no downsides from Canon. I wish the contract could have been extended beyond the 18 months by the client.
