Promises of "big money" - you better be one of managements favorites, consistently have high #'s in revenue & sales, high turnover, team leaders & management wont even say hello or goodbye unless youre hispanic - if you are, then you get promotions even if you arent doing well.

Can't think of any, I think most people here would agree.

Everything from management to pay changes every 3 or 4 months. Fear mongering management style. Employees are out to get one another. Far location for such low pay. No where close to eat unless you want to pay 10 or more for lunch everyday. They hire anyone. They have convicted felons still working there. Management sleeps with employees. Management lies to employees to get their results. Gross environment and shady people.

I don't know who wrote the negative reviews but their are grossly incorrect. CPN can be a hard place to work, but it is because they work hard to delivering the very best service and products to the customers. They can't be one of the top companies in the industry and have lazy, unmotivated, and whiny coworkers. They have won award after award from being top performers in the payments space. Many of my colleagues worked 60 hours+ weeks and are glued to their computers and cell phones always there to respond to any customer needs. Not because they have to, but because they love their jobs and love the customers. Managers have a lot of experience and do their best to pass it on to new employees. A lot of the employees have long tenures and know what they are doing when it comes to technology. There is some turnover, but Phoenix has a lot of flakey people that come in and sell HR on how good they are, but then they don't show up to work on time, make excuses, or just come in to get great benefits then leave and collect unemployment. Good business hours. Desks are nice and professional.

Need larger bathrooms in the lobby and a bigger sign outside. Need closer parking spots. One of the copiers seemed to jam a lot. Internet speeds are fast but sometimes slow down. Probably due to the secure network policies. Maybe negotiate with the nearby local restaurants to get food discounts for employees. Seems like people eat out a lot. Two walls need touch up paint.

Maybe look at relocating to a more central Phoenix location. North Phoenix seems is a long drive for most of the employees. While the credit card processing service is state of the art and high quality, there should be more products to give to customers. Maybe offering business loans or I.T. services?

Owner of the company had very limited knowledge of how to run a business. Consistently made poor decisions then required that other employees cover his mistakes. Had an environment that retained employees who owed money on staff when they should have been released.
