They have structured it to allow someone to hit there goals. The leadership and training is huge.ever call is recorded so you can rewind back 6 months ago to hear your self pitch because maybe you killed it that week or whatever. but this place does have your back, when most company say well its 100 percent comm. based on efforts. So Its worth working at if you have some sales experience. Ive been doing sales for 10 years before setting foot in the door and believe me,business owners are busy but they like to save money where they can. So you gotta be ontopp of your game. They train the employees to think they do something "different in their industry" than other companies. You are trained to believe their approach is somehow better for the customer and what you are told to say to the client is unique. It is in fact the same "derivative" of what every other merchant processing company is saying and CPN is infact doing what every other merchant services company is trying to do. They are deceiving the customer to believe it is " your merchant account" and trying the get the customer tied up in a lengthy equipment lease. Thats it. their job culture is a modern day sweat shop where you are chained to your desk for 6.5 hours and if you look at their lead system carefully, they are just pulling corporations records from the county clerk office they are calling in and sometimes a row of employees will call the same owner 5 times in one day! Many of the businesses are no longer in business and haven't been in 4-8-14 years! The managers were nice, but ehy were just doing their jobs. I believe the BUL knew the baloney they were serving us, but we all have to make a living. CPN did pay a little better than most, but after the managers, I could not find anyone who had any length of time under them there. Many were within or under 6 months.
