No structure, no written procedures, no guidance, no mentorship, extremely low pay, expect to be forced to do work that is another offices responsibility...I could go on for days about this hell whole. WORST WORK PLACE EVER! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Get an education in the field you are working!!! Management does not have the competency nor the capacity to be in the positions they hold. Those in lowers positions have more work experience, education and competence in their pinky finger then those in management positions.

Onboarding training is overwhelming. It could easily take three weeks part-time, if not more, to complete the endless training they require, unpaid. No one would want to attempt this training full-time. Can't take it.
I have worked at several major universities and have never had this geologic load of training anywhere before.
This is especially so when you are brought on board the week before classes start because HR leadership dropped the ball.
