Great Company, Great People
|
Capstone Real Estate is an amazing company. The people, both at site level and in corporate, are personable, friendly and trustworthy. They are interested in your professional and personal growth. They are invested in your future and give you opportunities to learn and develop new skills. It has been one of the greatest work cultures I've ever worked in. The only downside is the compensation. The way that compensation works is strange. It inst based on position or size of property and is very disproportionate across the board in regards to similar properties, positions, and job requirements. They pay less than similar companies and similar positions. Overall an amazing environment to grow and learn where you will be surrounded by people who genuinely care all the way up to the CEO and owners.

Great benefits, but poor management.
|
There is a 10% discount to rent because I lived at the apartment as well. Management wasn't the best. Residents were ignored and there was poor communication. Employee schedules were up the day of.

Great on site manager and friendly tenants.

I learned to use Microsoft more comprehensively and was able to handle stressful situations with a lot more ease. The on-site manager was amazing and caring.

This company is toxic your overworked and underpaid there is high turnover rate you get written up for things that make no sense. As a person completely new to leasing i was extremely disappointed. This company does not care about their employees nor do they care about the tenants the apartments are run down and bug infested i felt bad for selling these units knowing they are absolutely disgusting ! You do not get proper through training and if you made a mistake because no one knows/shows you how to properly complete a task so you get reprimanded for it! How can you reprimand someone when it’s not their fault! Please please do not apply and work this company!

Regardless of "Job Title" everyone was treated equally, and when meeting expectations you were given opportunities you worked towards. We received recognition for actions, sometimes we did not notice. Our team from our Corporate office was always involved and assisting their teams with the credentials needed to meet all goals, deadlines and anything additional. This team works to help people succeed, you will grow in many ways being apart of this company. There is so much training provided to all employees. It was very upsetting to not be apart of their team any longer.

Not too hard of a job day to day but numbers are important to them and marketing assistants should make more then $7.25 an hour. The paychecks were about $200-$225 biweekly, HOW can people live off of that?

|
I learned a lot about marketing. Its a fun environment. Working in student housing is always interesting. The day goes by very quickly- you conduct tours and follow up. I think its a great job for college students. Allows you to get off early enough to do your homework and weekends are a breeze.
