-met some great providers and other staff, but they are mostly gone now
|
-hired to manage 1 clinic and paid accordingly, ended up managing between 2-3 for the majority of the time I was there with no pay increase
-when one of my clinics closed I was left to figure out how to move everything out by myself, including biohazard waste, oxygen tanks, and every medical supply down to the last band aid. This was all moved in our personal vehicle to other clinics.
-Unreliable service from janitorial, shredding, and biohazard removal with little to no information from senior management about restart dates and what to do in the meantime. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the floors, counters, and bathroom multiple times.

Management is disorganized and does not take feedback in order to improve conditions for workers. Workload continued to increase to untenable levels and support staff for providers were cut down to virtually 0. While at the same time pay bonuses and benefits were simultaneously cut.
