Everyone is so caring and helpful, it would be hard to work anywhere else because the family environment here is unbelievable. They truly go out of there way to help their customers and employees. I love that they do project like feed the homeless that help give back to the community.

Desk Managers are lazy and favorite the young girl that sells for them. Its not what you know it's who you know that determines how well you do.

Get more involved in other sales peoples sales or prospects. Dont tie them up with cold calling as all it does is make customers not want to come back or purchase again as it becomes harrassment. Have sales force on the showroom floorand not just the favorites. You call sell someone if youre stuck in the back doinghomework to make sure you dont strike out in the system they have there.
