They expect a lot from their employees, but they also respect your time outside of work. It’s a nice change of pace. The training needs some work. My managers have been nothing but wonderful human beings inside and out, which makes sense why they’re able to hire such talented and exceptional people. Everyone on my team is a real team player, and work gets done quickly and easily. I have almost no complaints. If anything, the only con I can say has consistently been an issue since I started with the company is that not everyone who works here maintains a professional demeanor at work. You’ll find foosball tables and other games to help you destress during breaks. Supervisors are tough when they need to be, but generally pleasant to be around. Everyone likes to have fun. The work force is pretty young and energetic. There’s always something new to add to the toolbox. Thus far this has been the best culture I’ve ever experienced working for any company (I don’t have that extensive of a work history so that’s not really saying a lot). Still, everyone looks out for one another. Coordination amongst teams needs a big improvement. The beauty of working for a digital marketing agency is that we can unleash our creative energies anyway we saw fit. I had a blast at Cardinal! Also like a frat house there was a lack of traditional structure.
