Cardinal is a great place to grow your career there are many opportunities for advancement if you are willing to prove yourself. I was promoted 3 times when I was at Cardinal, all because I put in the hard work to help grow the company.
The CEO truly cares about his entire team. He takes the time to get to know his employees and understand their career goals - he goes out of his way to help his employees reach their goals. He set me up with many mentors while I was there. He has made a significant impact on my career growth.
Cardinal is a fun place to work. The mentality there is work hard, play hard. There are games in the office and the people who work there are genuinely fun to be around and to work with. You will make some good friends working here, it feels like family.

I've been working at Cardinal for about a year and half and can honestly say that I've seen both myself and the company grow tremendously since 2013. From a group of 15 employees working in Norcross, GA to over 40 people in a penthouse office in Buckhead, we've grown ourselves and our client's businesses extremely quickly.

Work hard and play hard environment.

A typical day started off with checking our client budgets, making appropriate adjustments, creating month-over-month reports for clients. I became Google Adwords certified, had hands on experience with the leading platform in the industry: "Kenshoo". Created Ad copy for clients ranging from the hotel industries, to creating ad copy for top law firms, and healthcare industries. Management has always been supportive. Co-workers were there to help everyone to improve the company. The hardest part of the job was initially to learn how to manage three very different verticals, but towards the end of my trainee position managing three different verticals became second nature. The most enjoyable part of the job was the fun loving young atmosphere. Everyone was always friendly and helpful and knew how to not only work hard but know the appropriate times to have fun also.

Great Environment, Supportive Management, Challenging Work!

This company is a great place for young professionals especially. Even as the company grows, it feels like a close knit family. Fun outings, dogs in the office, snacks, Foosball and jokes help people unwind when things become stressful, and the work itself is interesting. I recommend working here to everyone I know who is looking for an internship or career in marketing.

Amazing people and lots of opportunities

Cardinal is a fantastic company to work for. I've never seen another company with such a close-knit team. It feels like family, and we are always making each other laugh. Instead of being distracting, this closeness actually helps us achieve more because we are so motivated to do our best for each other. Management is also incredibly supportive and generous, and we get regular visits from some adorable canine friends.
Regarding compensation, I don't think there are many people in any job who wouldn't like to be paid more, but that said, I have received regular raises since I've been with Cardinal, and there is an evaluation system in place to give employees opportunities for raises on a regular basis. And the benefits are very generous: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k with a generous matching system.
Day to day tasks may change from time to time, because if you show an aptitude for something, you will be encouraged to develop that strength further. So, this is not a place for you if you just want the same routine day in and day out. But if you want to have fun, make friends, and learn new things at your job, Cardinal is definitely a place where you can grow and thrive.

Great company, culture, and better people

I have been at Cardinal for almost 1 year now. I absolutely love it there. I have been compensated fairly and as the company continues to grow, I am growing. The culture at Cardinal is amazing. I have worked at other startups and Cardinal breaks the mold with great perks like free snacks and flexible hours. The people at Cardinal are also amazing! I can honestly say that we are like family to each other. It is truly sad to see the review above because that has not been my experience.
