Many good people -- I've seen certain new hires in management make efforts to be more focused on the health and happiness of the people rather than the bottom line.

Your success, schedule, and work/life balance are highly influenced by territory managers (that are not actually the bosses of clinical specialists). Depending on the territory meeting a quota can be more important than anything an employee might be facing in their personal life.
