Additionally, we implemented pop-up COVID testing sites for clients when they were unable to obtain these tests anywhere else. Opportunity to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of populations. Some hard working, driven employees. Some excellent providers. Significant lack of resources and bandwidth in operations. Complete lack of understanding and support from leadership. Leadership is not transparent, honest, or professional. Recent company-wide meeting included a video skit including top HR leader that was offensive and immature. Hiring process is a joke — basically hire anyone with a pulse and is available.
