Now everyday is met with demands that are unorganized and sometimes unachievable. Management really takes no time to help you grow and succeed. The culture has really gone down hill and daily work culture is bleak. Co-workers below upper management are nice. Not organized at all and no true support. Dont just hire to fill a position, listen to senior staff. Hardest part of this job was the constant dealing with angry patients due to them not being able to have a constant health care provider and there health falling threw the cracks because of this. So many patients were left untreated properly due to healthcare staffing issues. The team and the manager. However corporate is disorganized and doesn’t support the clinic manager. The current Regional Manager and Director of Operations make it obvious they don’t really care about the clinic and us as people. What they say and do are opposite. You don't see the manger much so sometimes you feel your on your own which, I did not mind. The benefits are good and the pay is good as well. It takes 1-2 months to get your travel pay from them bc you supervisor has to sign off on the miles that are owed to you .
