It is very common for employees to carve out long term careers within this company. I recently finished a college degree which was completely reimbursed by the company. The training focused on all the wrong things and they just toss you into the field by yourself. Management doesn't know how to communicate with the employees. They will skim over what you write to them and send you a one sentence reply only addressing part of your concerns. Their "in person" teams who are in office and are part of the group chats will make the work from home employees especially if they are new feel alienated and like a burden. They will make comments on how they need to get rid of them so the systems will work normally again. When you are directed to reach out to your supervisor or manager they will not respond to you when you take the appropriate means to message them. Also don't you dare ever have any medical issues while working with them. They won't like that and will go after you to get rid of you without talking with you or giving you any warnings before hand. Even if you give them clinical documentation of whats been happening to you medically. Which is super ironic for a company that is based in the works of medical equipment and supplies. They also need to get the departments to know what they do, and not be so rude to the other internal departments. The resource line would get very rude and curt with the employees reaching out to them, the sleep team was absolutely lazy and incompetent and would very much reluctantly take their patients from the phone intake team, which was unfair to the caller who would have to deal with them next. And if you do decide to go with this interesting company please be aware that if you work from home the computer supplies they send to you might be disgusting. They keyboard and mouse I was sent were covered in disgusting residue and hair from the previous user, I chucked them to the side and used my own keyboard in mouse because I was scared to use them especially right now during the mist of COVID. They also expect all calls to average only 11 minutes, which includes verifying HIPPA information, inputing new information, notes, no dead air, minimal holds and setting up services, making phone calls to drs offices, providers and more. My first and only verbal one on one communication with my manager that wasnt an email was over a week after I was out of training and he pretty much insinuated to me that I was already under performing. When in fact I had already gotten above average scores on my "graded" phone calls. He never reached back out after to me to discuss my grades with me despite them being above the passing average. Which is fantastic for a new employee and a new employee should definitely get recognized for it by their manager. The managers should also write more than a single sentence response to their employees and address all questions that were asked.
