Just don’t do it!

Horrible place to work, set schedule but if a call comes in past your shift end you have to stay and take that call. High turn over rate! Favoritisms plays a big role here! Micro management plays a big role here as well! No supervisor support so customers will continue to be upset and call you names. The pay isn’t worth the work! They throw different tasks at you because they are understaffed. Just DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF.

This company is a "turn and burn" environment with no work/life balance. They do not care what kind of worker or work ethic you bring, they just want numbers and they want them ATTAINED AND NOW!!! Morale and everything about it sucks.

Carecentrix is a good company. The benefits are good, the pay excellent, and working from home is great. This year there has been a lot of growth in the number of patients we are expected to contact. Unfortunately many Nurse Coaches left and the caseloads are now unrealistically high. It’s integral to the goals of the company, and the staff they employ to provide excellent service. Unrealistic work processes, and no adjustment in metrics to reflect the changes now required, sabotages the help we want to give to our patients. If the company can get back to the culture it once had, hires more nurses, then it would be great!

The company is solely concerned about the quantity of cases pushed out the door rather than accuracy. Your actual work screens are literally monitored for the entire time that you’re active. If you are on hold for a call & no action is taken on your monitor, you’ll be questioned a few weeks later why you aren’t doing anything on the screen. Who the heck remembers that a few weeks later. This place is a joke! You are timed when away for a bathroom break. Actually required to clock out for it & questioned if over 2 minutes. Mind you I’m not in customer service!! They hired their own security to walk the floors ONLY to see if you have a cellphone visible & heaven forbid they see it, you’ll be written up & terminated after the 3rd offense. They have cameras throughout the departments as if you’re handling money.

The management on the Pac intake Team are all friends and only look out for who they like as a person overall the company is a good company to work for but human resources should really get more involved when it comes to the Managers
