Back to back calls in support. Culture is ok . Not enough on board training basically sit with someone and listen to their calls. In order to advance you have to take a test . Human resource manager and support manager are close friends once you get on someone’s bad side you are placed on corrective action without any warnings . I spoke with the director clearly it was a miscommunication gave her a hug and was placed on corrective action a week later . My job was being jeopardized. I spoke with my previous employer and they advised me that is not something I should stand for and it was clear they were setting me up to be fired . I decided to quit and work for a Baptist health instead

Great People, Great Culture, but Long Hours
|
At CareCloud, I learned a lot to start my development career. They used to do code reviews, unit testing, and lots of best practices, but they've since gotten away from those things. The culture is great. Despite a large engineering team, everyone gets along with everyone. There's a real sense of community and togetherness. The worst part is the hours. Normal hours are 9:30 until 6, but you'll find you always work until at least 7 and regularly stay an hour or two later. Spending some weekend time working is normal too. I loved working there, but I've gotten pretty burnt out from the pace.

There is a mix of work and fun but some people take it a bit over the top. Management does not intervene and allows less productive people to do as they see fit.
I have learned a lot about the health industry and I am thankful for all the the knowledge I have gained.
That being said, every company has pros and cons
The CEO could be a little more invested in the company and sit down with individuals to listen to their opinions and recommendations for a better work environment.
