Inflexible work arrangements that disallowed staff to work from home. (That has now changed, thanks to the pandemic)
Mid management is a real nightmare, stuck in the rut, not welcoming to feedback or suggestions. Some quite unprofessional in a sense where they create politicking amongst staff.
