The work environment is extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication, micromanagement and constant mixed signals. Employees are seriously overworked., underpaid and undervalued. Upper management is in constant conflict, one controls the other without fail even when it is clearly in error. You'll end up designing in circles as you try to address contradictory feedback or input given with no context of the actual problem. If I think of anything, I might change the content in this section. The upper management of the company is a FAILURE. As a result of their poor leadership style, the company had a lot of chaos and confusion. It usually translated to extra stress for employees. We had to put in long and exhausting hours to keep the clients happy. It was ridiculous. Also, there was a shortage of staff. It was awful that the client onboarding process was often delayed as we didn't have enough people to handle the work.
