IT WAS A TERRIBLE AND THE WORST EMPLOYER I HAVE EVER HAD. THE SALARIES WERE POOR, BUT THE WORKLOAD WAS INSANE. The stress the management puts on everyone is horrible too. As the management is fake and evil, you shouldn't believe anything they say. Instead, you should do whatever your gut tells you. After reading real reviews, your gut will tell you to avoid this workplace. Please do that!

Most people are smart and care about the quality of the technology amidst all the chaos.

The work environment is extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication, micromanagement and constant mixed signals. Employees are seriously overworked., underpaid and undervalued. Upper management is in constant conflict, one controls the other without fail even when it is clearly in error. You'll end up designing in circles as you try to address contradictory feedback or input given with no context of the actual problem. Don't expect to learn or grow here, engineers are left to fend for themselves in their own silos dealing with subjective feedback.

The upper management of the company is a FAILURE. As a result of their poor leadership style, the company had a lot of chaos and confusion. It usually translated to extra stress for employees. We had to put in long and exhausting hours to keep the clients happy. It was ridiculous. Also, there was a shortage of staff. It was awful that the client onboarding process was often delayed as we didn't have enough people to handle the work. AVOID AND BEWARE OF THE CHALLENGES YOU MIGHT FACE HERE!
