For international students who are desperate for a job, this company may be an option. I would give 0 start if I could. The company as whole is unorganized from top to bottom. Leaders lack a clear picture and vision so keep changing business focus. This is a dangerous play for startup. Long hours and low pay: They do not abide by the labor law and impose extremely long working hour. You'll have to work on weekend night to accommodate the people back in China as that's the place where headquarter is located. The pay is miserable. Unimaginably someone in NYC has to live with under $50k a year in 2020. And there's no chance for promotion and salary raise. It is just a sweatshop. Incompetence from senior people: Senior person is incapable of business operation and has zero experience managing people. COO claimed to have full time experience from other big brand but in fact, only worked as intern for couple months. It is full of deceit and people under have to bear with the stupid decisions coming from top people. That explain why this company has high turnover.
